Who you are buying from
Bloomia Kids lists educational products from creators and sellers. The final agreement must identify whether Bloomia Kids or the independent seller is the contracting merchant for each purchase and who handles disputes, refunds and fulfillment.
Order review and payment
Before paying, customers must be able to review product description, quantity, any relevant delivery charges, applicable charges, order total and their personal information. Payment is processed securely using Stripe. Orders are treated as paid only once the payment is confirmed.
Digital products and licensed use
Purchased digital products can be accessed through the confirmation flow and My purchases using secure download links. Individual product descriptions should disclose format, compatibility, permitted use and any relevant limitations before purchase. Product licensing rules still require approval.
Physical products
If physical goods are offered, shipping destinations, fulfillment responsibility, costs and estimated delivery dates must be provided before payment.
